Making Yourself Scarce

Wanna run a successful business, grow in revenue and make this year bigger and better than last year?

I know what you’ve got to do buuuut…

You’re not going to like it. Well at least not at first.

Its time to make yourself scarce.

In today’s episode, I’m going to show you the keys to getting out of all the important but oh-so-dull operational parts of your business to focus on your business’s growth, strategy and direction – you know, those business owner kinda jobs that only you can do?!

I’ve pulled out my three biggest strategies and tools that have helped me to step back from the front lines with complete confidence that my customers and clients are going to receive a more personal, professional and consistent relationship with me and my business.

These tools will help you stop reacting and start pre-empting your customers needs and requests. That means you can start rolling out that awesome new website you want to build (remember??), or perhaps, just get home to the family an hour earlier each night.

Whatever you’re slice of paradise looks like, these tools have helped me get closer to mine and I know will help you get closer to yours too. In case you’re wondering, my “paradise” is free weekends, an uncluttered inbox, a sound sleep each night, regular fun cook-ups in my kitchen, a big laugh-filled home, spontaneous mid-week lunches out and plenty more holidays than I would get as an employee…not too much to ask right?!)

As always, you’ll find all of these tools are super affordable and relatively simple to set up if you follow my recommendations in this week’s downloadable.

Yep, you guessed it – I’ve never left you alone and don’t plan on starting now! I’ve packaged all of the tools I’ve researched, trialled and run through the ringer and am giving you my favourites with all the links and advice you’ll need to get started before you can say “Fantastic. Another 48 emails and 3 voicemails in the last hour…I love my job.” (sarcasm intended)

So which one of these strategies are you going to get nailed first?

I want to hear from you in the comments below. Which area of your business is in most urgent need of LESS of you?

Because remember, your business management, strategy and growth projects, can never get enough of you!

Thanks so much for watching another episode of Real Woman TV and if you’ve loved this, I’d love you to share with friends and family who you think are too clever to be working this hard!
